Shipping Policy

Owing to the current circumstances due to COVID-19 pandemic, expect a delay in timelines of order processing and deliveries. 

We offer free shipping on orders above 499/- otherwise shipping charges of 50/- will be applied.

Domestic (within India):

Product Status: “In-stock” :

Shipping: Shipped within 24-48 business hours of placing the order or our daily shipping cut-off time whichever is earlier.
Delivery: Normal delivery timeline is within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch (under lock-down conditions as of now).

Delivery to Containment Zones will be subject to local restrictions, deliveries will be done once the restrictions are lifted.

Product Status: “Backorder” :

Products marked under “Backorder” status are not available for immediate shipping. Such products are shipped only after it comes in stock (it takes around 5-7 days) and follows the normal delivery timeline as mentioned above for “in-stock” products.

Keep in mind that if your order contains custom kits, set-up services, customized combos, or a pre-order it is exempt from same-day processing as your order will need additional time to be prepared. You may write to care@robotbanao.com to know the expected dispatch and delivery time.

Same day cutoff times:

Monday – Saturday:  2pm IST (Delays are expected due to lock-down curbs, we expect your cooperation and patience for the same).

Sunday and National Holidays: Closed (orders will be shipped on the next business day).

Important note: If your cart contains both “in stock” and “backorder” status products, we recommend you please order them separately as in such cases the delivery timeline will be as per “backorder” status products and the whole order will be shipped when it comes in stock.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require two or more additional days to deliver.
