We Offer Pan India Free Shipping to all categories across our website on Orders above 499/-. (Offers can be checked on Offers Pages related to shipping).

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 6260171052 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section., e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.



Shipping Partners

  • We use FedEx, Aramex, Bluedart,Delhivery , Ecom, DTDC, GATI, Xpress Beas to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
  • Sometimes Courier Partner Is automatically assigned according to the serviceability and in that case may be the product is not shipped by the courier selected by you.
  • We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.



Shipping Time / Delivery Time

Normally for orders placed before 4 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the next business day.

Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

Guarantee/Warranty

We Offer Our Customers With an Option of 15 days return guarantee. (Unless there is any condition based products or the product does not align with the Minimum return requirements.)

Replacement Policy by ROBOTBANAO :

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

Suitable replacements will be provided if request is raised within 15-days of product delivery except for the following:

  1. Products perishable in nature
  2. Gift Certificates
  3. Items that have been used or /mishandled/wrongly soldered.
  4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  5. No warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way
  6. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.



100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, the you will find option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

R1. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, in R1, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of item is made within the stipulated time-frame of 7-days. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above (in R1).



Changing or Cancelling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it cancelled? You can ask us (info@robotbanao.cokm ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).



Shipping Returned Merchandise:

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Robotbanao.com reverse shipping services or otherwise using courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. ROBOTBANAO does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages; which are not returned using Robotbanao.com reverse shipping services; are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.

Request will be terminated if the customer fails to provide the product to our shipping partner when the pickup is attempted. The request will be automatically terminated if the product is not handed over in the two pick up attempts made. The updates in the tracking page given by our courier partner will be considered to be final.

ROBOTBANAO reserves the rights to change the replacement policies anytime without any prior notice.



Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer).Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.



Limits of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
