Q. When will I receive my order?
All the order placed on the store are shipped within 24 hours, and should reach you within 2 to 7 working days from dispatch date.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped from our end, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered Email ID and Phone No.
You can also login to your robotbanao account and check tracking ID as well as order status of all your orders.
Q. Why do we have to pay an extra charge for CoD?
The shipping partners used by us charge extra for CoD.
Q. How can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel any order please either login to your Robotbanao account, go to the My Account tab, and under the Order History section there will be an option to cancel the order.
You can also mail us for cancellation at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 8080573573.
Please note that an order can only be canceled if it has not been dispatched from our end.
Q. Do you offer rush processing?
All our shipments are shipped using Premium and Fast courier services to ensure that you receive your order in the shortest time possible. We do not currently offer rush processing, however all orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.

We currently ship to Nepal and Bangladesh, and we will be adding other countries to this list soon.
